General Terms
- Please be aware that not reading our terms and conditions, intentionally or accidentally, no matter the location of the advertisement you encountered, will not constitute grounds to view them as modified or nullified.
- We maintain the discretion to decline sales to any purchaser, for any reason.
- Jason’s Exotic Reptiles assumes no responsibility for veterinary expenses or charges that the purchaser may incur for any animal. All veterinary visits and associated costs are solely the responsibility of the buyer.
- Our process is designed to accurately identify every morph, but due to the complexity of multiple gene combinations, there is a small chance of mistakes.
- Jason's Exotic Reptiles retains the authority to modify these terms and conditions whenever necessary, at its own discretion.
Return Policy
- Jason’s Exotic Reptiles maintains a policy of not allowing returns or refunds on any orders, even those which haven't been shipped yet. However, there are rare cases where a refund or credit might be issued, and if so, a 35% cancellation fee will be incurred to cover processing and handling charges. The decision to provide refunds or credits lies entirely with Jason's Exotic Reptiles. Orders placed by mistake or from locations outside the United States will adhere to this return policy.
Payment Plan Terms
- To secure a payment plan, a 25% non-refundable deposit is necessary to reserve the item for up to 30 days, with the complete balance due within 60 days from the initial deposit date. All subsequent payments are also non-refundable once made. If a minimum additional payment of 25% is not received within 30 days from the initial deposit, or if the total balance is not paid by the end of the 60-day period, regardless of any amount paid until that time, the item(s) will be deemed forfeited and revert to the ownership of Jason's Exotic Reptiles with no possibility of refunds or credits.
- We only accept payment plans through Zelle or Cashapp. We do not accept credit or debit cards.
Shipping Terms
- Jason’s Exotic Reptiles only delivers within the U.S. utilizing FedEx for Priority Overnight shipping. We ship from Monday to Thursday, excluding holidays and when extreme temperatures prevent shipping, as decided by Jason’s Exotic Reptiles. Orders made by mistake or from outside the U.S. will fall under our return policy.
- It is required that the recipient be available to accept the package during the initial delivery attempt, otherwise any guarantees become null and void.
- We guarantee the live and visibly healthy arrival of our animals only when the shipping temperatures at both the sender's and receiver's location are within the safe range—35° to 89°F for direct home delivery, and 26°F to 99°F if you choose to pick up at a FedEx Ship Center. If opting for FedEx Ship Center pick up, the animal needs to be collected within four hours of its arrival; failing to do so will void our guarantee. Alternatively, we can retain the animal(s) at our facility until it is safe for them to be shipped.
- If the customer alters the shipment route, our guarantee for live arrival becomes void.
- We ensure that all animals will be delivered to you alive, in healthy condition, and with the correct sexing. However, we cannot provide any guarantees beyond their arrival as the care they receive afterward is beyond our oversight.
- Upon delivery, we ensure that your snake will appear to be in good health, displaying normal behavior and appearance. However, we are not liable for any internal conditions that may become evident later on, as we cannot determine the snake's internal health, such as heart, stomach, liver or other potential issues.
- The Live Arrival guarantee is nullified if inaccurate or incomplete shipping details are given. Since these are live animals, it's critical to ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete for the shipment to arrive as scheduled.
- Should your order arrive with the animal(s) deceased, in poor health, or otherwise compromised, it is imperative that you contact Jason’s Exotic Reptiles immediately upon receipt. The exact time of arrival will be established by the delivery tracking information provided by FedEx online. Should there be a failure to accept the delivery on its first attempt, all guarantees for live and visibly healthy arrivals become invalid. Within one hour of arrival, as indicated by FedEx's tracking, you must send an email to Jasonsexoticreptiles@yahoo.com with a photograph of the shipment's contents to uphold any guarantees.
